Nothing brings family together quite like decorating a house, be it for Christmas, Halloween or any other annual happening. Sure, not everyone loves decorating, but every household tends to have that one person who’ll rope in everyone else, and our advise is – let them! There’s loads of ways you can liven up a house for the festive season, you can set-up a Nativity Scene, decorate a Christmas tree with glass balls, baubles, toppers and ribbons, hang a wreath around your doorbell or knockers, and let’s not forget about tinsels and string lights.
In our minds, the best part about decorating is that you can do it with others, and not just with fellow friends or relatives, but also with kids who, in most cases, don’t necessarily get to ‘work with adults’. This is one of those times when kids get to interact with us on a level playing field, kids love feeling helpful and ‘part of the team’, so try not to miss out on doing this!
