Artists, artisans, sole traders, and business owners who offer services or products related to the improvement of spaces, places, and homes.

This includes décor, upkeep, plumbing, landscaping, design, furnishing, renovation, and any other home or space improvement related work.

How does it work?

Simply put: Once you’re registered, our system will automatically forward to you – via the email you choose – requests by homeowners who use our online engine to search for services that you offer.

How do I subscribe?

Subscription is easy, quick, and free. To sign up to our Service Seeking Engine, click here, or select REGISTER on the top right corner of our Engine webpage, which will take you to our registration page.

Once the page loads, input your business name, email, and phone number, along with the category/ies services or products you offer fall under.

Make sure you use your working email – requests by homeowners will be sent to you via the email you give us!

Will clients be contacting me directly?

No, our engine will. On the House.mt homepage, homeowners in Malta and Gozo will select services they need and answer a few questions about what they want. If the service happens to be one you offer, our robots will send you this request via email!

Can I say no to a request you forward to me?

If you cannot give a service because budget is too low, you’re booked, or for any other reason, you can choose to ignore the email. Our system gives you three days to decide whether to contact back the homeowner who’s looking for what you offer.

You do not pay anything for requests you choose to ignore.

What will the emails House.mt send me include?

The email we send to you will contain the details of what the homeowner or user wants or is looking for – info includes their budget, location, time frame, etc. This will allow you to figure out if this is a potential client worth pursuing. If you want to provide the service or product, you can use one credit to unlock the contact details.

Is there a fee involved?

We do not take any commission off the profits you make from your service or work.

A small fee of €5 is ONLY incurred if you decide to take on a request for your services by a homeowner. If you do not accept requests for work, you incur no expense.

One credit allows you to open the contact details of one request. Our basic bundle of 10 credits costs €50, which translates to €5 for each credit. You can buy credits at 50% off during the first 15 days of signing up with as a PRO. It is worth nothing that buying bigger bundles will allow you to get each credit at an even cheaper rate.

We’re sure earning more than €5 on a sale will be easy for most professionals, but it’s in our best interest for you to succeed, so we’ll be continuously releasing offers and discounts to sweeten the deal! 🧐
