This book cabinet (€30)
You’ll always have books that need organising, and, for the price, this book cabinet would do perfectly. You can repaint it something brighter and more attractive. It’s also got wheels, so cleaning won’t be a problem! Be sure to check out the link above to find the measurements.
Shakespeare’s complete works (€1)
If you’re looking to start your very own book collection to place in your cabinet, then you’re always going to need to have a collection of the bard’s plays, even if it’s just for show. This collection has that lovely old antique look, and for just €1, could you resist?
This antique stool (€25)
Take a load off and put your feet up on this antique stool. The wood is slightly nicked and the fabric would definitely need to be replaced, but those are small inconveniences for such a great find!
This vintage wooden desk (€70)
These are the kinds of finds that get us really excited! Obviously no workspace is complete without a table to draw the eye. The price is a little steeper, but, with some TLC, this desk could become the pride of any room. Who knows what stories it could tell…
This matching crystal decanter and wine glass (€28)
It always looks classy to have a small area in your study designated for refreshments. Maybe you’ll want to offer a glass of wine to a colleague while discussing some work, or perhaps you’d like to partake of some wine yourself. This stunning ruby-coloured 1920s Art Deco Egermann decanter with matching wine glass would look so beautiful in a sunny corner where its crystal can be appreciated.
This 1930s Corona typewriter with case (€60)
It’s a bit of a cliche to have a typewriter nowadays, whether it works or not. Aesthetically, they’re quite cool-looking, but how about actually getting this Corona typewriter up and running again and typing out your new manuscript on it?
This lady chair (€40)
Don’t be misled by its name. A lady chair is actually a kind of upholstered chair with either very small arms or no arms at all. Once reupholstered and polished, this grand piece of furniture would be quite the eye-catcher in your office.
This rare Victorian fireplace (CONTACT SELLER)
Maltapark has its price listed at €1, which doesn’t seem right for something so rare, so you’d better contact the seller to see whether they’re asking for a different price. Assuming you manage to get a good deal on it, take the time to get rid of all the rust. Even if you don’t have the resources to install a proper chimney for those cold winter nights, having this gleaming fireplace would totally make the room.
